At Bloom and Grace, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process. Please read the following guidelines to understand our return and refund policy.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on items that meet the following criteria:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
- Certain items, such as makeup products, sale items, gift cards, and customized products, are non-returnable due to hygiene and personalization reasons. Please check the product page for details.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
- For partial returns on orders that received free shipping, the shipping cost may be deducted from your refund if the remaining total falls below the free shipping threshold.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the replacement.
